Kathie, Call some friend you trust who works outside your shop. Someone outside of your network. Have them ftp in using that account. If they get to your 400, then it's a customer issue. If not, and they get the same errors as the customer, then somewhere out there is a really messed up DNS record that your network people need to look at. Rob Berendt
