Either you represent the interests of IBM and its "microsoft sucks because I dont make any money from MS" vendors, or you represent the interests of programmers and users who need to make the best decision for themselves and their employers. IBM is in the Aix/Linux/Java business today. Has been for quite a while. IBM is not an active player in the integrate the iSeries into a Windows application network business. Heck, it is not much of a player in the native iSeries application sector either ( ILE has not been improved in 15 years! ) Customers who plan to continue using the iSeries in an windows application network have to learn more about .NET and have to use it. There is no other choice. -Steve
