Actually, the AS400 side I pretty much knew how to do and mentioned that
part in case some alternate and or more flexible methods existed that I
didn't know about.

The part that is really needed is what gets called by the RUNRMTCMD on
the PC side.

I've run into larger more complicated scenarios the do what I'm looking
for as part of some greater. I was looking for an example of something
that just isolated the simple call to a browser to open a web page on
the internet.
