IANALIt seems to be that there is no threat at all from the SCO lawsuit. SCO never was a threat and we all knew it and IBM did too. I won't rule out something weird (and bad) happening, but SCO has never had a case. I went to a hearing myself just to listen in on the proceedings. Statements like "the continuing threat from the SCO lawsuit" are FUD since they falsely presume that SCO has some stable legal ground and is justified in it's actions.
