If, rather, you want to vary this selection from time-to-time, hard-coding the LF is not the way to go. You could build the DDS source dynamically in a preceding program, run the CRTLF, and then use that logical. But, again, you would be restricted to those records during that cycle. I.e., while possible (using OPEN and CLOSE) to vary this within a single program, if you want variety in your view (access different record types, accounts, and or companies) from run-to-run, my suggestion is to use embedded SQL. A sill at which I do not feel proficient to suggest coding samples.
But, if you want a static view (same record set each time), the DDS sample would work.
