Without the source, I've never seen an "easy" way to do this.If it weren't a production box, my suggestion would be to move the logicals from 'B' into 'A', CPYLIB 'A' to 'C' and then move the LFs to 'D'. If you have a test box or LPAR, you might try that, but I'd be reticent to muck around with production.

I have 2 libraries in my system. Library B contains logical files that based on physical files in Library A. Now I want to create a copy of library A and B in the same system, saying library C (copy of A) and library D (copy of B). I tried to restore A to C and B to D. But the logical files in D point to the physical files in A instead of those in C. I can not rename library A and B as they are production. I can not recreate those logical files as they are too many and I don't have the source. Anybody can help me with that? Thanks in advance. Best Regards. James Fu TDL Group Corp.
