I am not familiar with that particular file.  My comments are in general.

If you have any files that the AS/400 thinks are damaged, backup might not 
be practical.  I would seek source code on the logical, and recompile it, 
but that works on an LF.  A PF recompile kills the file contents, so have 
to copy from "damaged" PF to recompiled copy in that case.  Also watch out 
for MEMBERS of the LF, that sometimes get added after recompile.
