I am not familiar with that particular file.  My comments are in general.

If you have any files that the AS/400 thinks are damaged, backup might not be practical. I would seek source code on the logical, and recompile it, but that works on an LF. A PF recompile kills the file contents, so have to copy from "damaged" PF to recompiled copy in that case. Also watch out for MEMBERS of the LF, that sometimes get added after recompile.

After an abnormal system shutdown and the following IPL we received a
CPF8111.

"Partial damage on member RCWCD file RCW@@.
Cause . . . . . : The data portion of member RCWCD in file RCW@@ in library
APLUS60FAL is damaged and may not be usable. The owner of the member is
QPGMR. The VLOG dump identifier is 010059EC."

I called the file/member up in DFU and I was able to access all 5 records
just fine.  Should I be concerned about this that I am able to access the
file without issue?
