CLP source vs. CLLE sourceI would like to read a general discussion in this area, so my question is quite general:Why/when would a programmer choose CLLE over CLP? Or CLP over CLLE?
Adding to other comments...Some commands are only valid in ILE CL procedures -- COPYRIGHT and CALLSUBR are examples. I suspect new ones will be added, though I don't have a list of what they all are now.
I can't recall the last time I chose to create a CLP nor what reason I had. It's been quite a few years. Of course, COPYRIGHT is a driving reason in some cases; but CLLE has always worked since I started with it long before that particular item became important.
