Looks like you win the award for the most interesting new way to download 
and convert to PDF. 

I'll be checking out your PHP sample code.  PHP is on our horizon now as 
we start hiring the younger programmers :-) 

All they know is .Net, Java and PHP :-)

I saw lots for "green screen" ways.

I cobbled together a WRKSPLF for PHP. it has a PDF option and with a bit 
of work you could add more to the email than I have in there.
