I guess my opinion of Inovis is based on having used their product through 
about as many name changes as the i/400. I've grown accustomed to their 
support.

By "adequate" I mean we have always been able to get the answer or help we 
had to have to function ... eventually. You and I are apparently just 
quibbling over terminology [grin].
