Let me explain further.

Three jobs:
Sending job
Receiving job
Job to see if it's running and kill it because of scheduled downtime, etc

I was only doing the ALCOBJ in the third job.  Darren would also modify 
the Receiving job to do an ALCOBJ to then allow the third job to work. 
That's why my ALCOBJ failed - neither QRCVDTAQ allocates an object, nor 
did I in the Receiving job.
