Yeah - that starts PASE - it is not usually just out there running - you could 
look for QP2TERM as the function in WRKACTJOB maybe - also QP2SHELL or 
QP2SHELL2 - but then there are API ways to activate PASE, and they would not 
show up.

Basically PASE is an "environment" - that's the "E" - it's not really running 
all the time as such, as I see it. Multiple people can be using the environment 
pretty independently. There are 2 variants of QP2SHELL - one starts a new 
activation group, the other runs in the caller's activation group.

I think I've thoroughly muddied the waters. Time to go home and watch "Secret 
Agent" from the 60's.
