Hello

Do an option 8 on the print to work out the job + user + number

Prompt the DSPJOB command and enter the job + user+ number

If the job is still active - and it shouldn't be - close the job with
the ENDJOB command - and the spoolfile will be released.

If jobs are active they can hold the spoolfiles in *RDY state with 0
pages - I have seen that before. (Printfile is not closed correctly.)
