I still think nobody has a clue how the real world works.  The biggest gain
that a company gets from a web interface is to allow occasional use by
customers or affiliates to do simple things that they used to do via a phone
call to customer service.  This is the occasional order or status lookup or
whatever.

The external user entitlement means a $4000 flat fee regardless of how many
people I allow on my machine.  That's a hunka hunka burnin' cash for a small
business user who needs to allow a couple of external people access, and yet
on the other end of the spectrum, it's a piddling amount for people web
enabling their entire system.

Once again, the pricing model seems to unfairly burden the little guy.
