Changing this system value during the execution of you job means that
someone could delete a library in your library list, killing your job.
This a very poor system value to change IMHO.

Our system value for "Library locking level" (QLIBLCKLVL) is currently
set to "1-Lock libraries in the search list". After reading about what
this controls I am thinking it should be set to "0" to not lock the
library search list. Our typical user has around 20 libraries in the
library list. Before I changed it I thought I would check to see how the
rest of the readers on the list set this value.
