Seems that more vendors are dropping the tier from WRKLICINF as their fee
basis. Apparently too many customers were getting better faster
processors and actually dropping a tier. Some are moving to QPRCFEAT or
other such information in their key requests.
This seems about par for the course for Inovis. My boss actually ponyed
up the money to go from multiple platforms (EDI on separate cheaper box)
to one big box and coughed up the money for the Inovis upgrade. Again, no
additional use of the Inovis, etc. Hard to figure out a per user fee on
EDI software as it's almost always done in batch, and often under one user
profile in a single string job queue.
