Check the version of the OS that the file was created on. I file level
ID generator was change at one time, I vaguely remember.

Anybody know of a reason why one would get a level check error on a file
that looks identical to the one you were compiled for, and was created
either with a CRTDUPOBJ of that file, or was compiled from the same
source?
