I would check to be sure the files record length for all file sin the
library list match. I would then do a DSPPGMREF on the program object
name and then scan for the file name that you are getting the level
check on, see what library the program found it when it was compiled.

Anybody know of a reason why one would get a level check error on a file
that looks identical to the one you were compiled for, and was created
either with a CRTDUPOBJ of that file, or was compiled from the same
