Yes that's the one I meant. I couldn't even find my hard-copy of it.
You don't need to post the content. The document number is sufficient
to find it on IBM's web site.
The document specifically says the CPYTOIMPF will set *PUBLIC to
*NONE and explains how to resolve the problem.
