Depends on your environment. Our operator hasn't loaded paper into a
printer attached to any of our i's in about a decade. However she's very
familiar with tape library commands like WRKTAPCTG and SETTAPCGY. She
also never runs SNDPTFORD, I take care of that stuff.
Create a daily, weekly, and monthly runbook. Documented well enough that
someone can step in for them when they are on vacation, etc.
