Integration with calendar.
Integration with personnel directory.

I omitted a couple. There's definitely a use for open-source software. And it may be best for individuals and very small groups. But it's uncommon to find something that integrates with enterprise databases and applications, or scales for enterprise use.

I was with a company that used RT. Get enough users, and it becomes tediously slow ...
