Perhaps someone knows how to use the CPYF feature that allows you to copy from records n to n for the SQL Server? Do to a partial backup. I have something like this, but it copies the whole table, not from n to n.

CREATE DATABASE TempBackup
go
SELECT * INTO TempBackup.dbo.rm00101 FROM pbs.dbo.rm00101
go
Backup Database [Tempbackup] To Disk = 'C:\MyBackup.bak'
go
Drop Database Tempbackup
