Dave,

Do you know if you really have the correct address of the port?
From the 520 Bezel, you can go into Manual mode, and then go to 30, hit
enter. You will see the addresses for both the HMC1 and HMC2 ports, this
will insure that you are using the right address. Is the PC setup to be on
the SAME subnet with a Mask of 255.255.255.0? I assume you know that when
you plug a cable into the back, you see the green light flash?

The last one. But cycling the power might help if the ASMI is "stuck"
somehow.
