  If /data refresh/ includes any objects as part of that migration, 
then be sure to migrate the user profiles first, in case they might 
be the owner of any of the restored objects.

  There are somewhat newer parameter(s) on the RSTUSRPRF which I 
believe remove the requirement to specify USRPRF(*ALL) on the 
restore to get the profiles to restore with all intended attributes. 
 I have posted a couple messages on this list, both reference the 
SECDTA() parameter; e.g.

  After restoring the user profiles, and then after restoring any 
owned objects, indeed the RSTAUT for each of the restored user 
profiles in order to reassign the private authorities of each of the 
restored user profiles.
