OK, so you've got "lots" of PTFs applied but some of your groups still
show "Not installed." You're going to have to display the groups,
determine which individual PTFs are not installed and then why. Perhaps
your package included PTFs for LPPs that you don't have installed?

Since 9111 and 9279 both say "Not installed" my guess is that this
problem didn't start today.

No PTFs installed.
