Yes, most definitely.  We had that happen with a cume package that was
downloaded on one LPAR and applied to another with additional LPP
options installed.
If there aren't too many you can just download and apply the missing
ones individually.  In this case I don't think re-installing the whole
package will buy you anything.

Since 9111 and 9279 both say "Not installed"  my guess is that this 
problem didn't start today.
