I doubt that. As I recall the receiving system must see a *ARV [¿or *ARR?] entry for the job QNFTP [network facilities transaction program], before any file\entry would be visible in the WRKNETF for the recipient [address] user.

Unfortunately, I don't have a liaison on the target system to hash
this out with, and that's why I'm asking this question here.

If both systems are setup properly, the sending system should have sent back a "message" to the sent-from user, if the file arrived.

Be sure to check the queues with WRKDSTQ.
