James, users don't care.....they usually don't have time to report bugs to us ("too busy").

Sometimes it's months before we hear about programs bugs - the users complain to each other and then find a workaround to their issue and we usually find out about the error by accident.

don't seem to have the sense to track down the XXX1234 message in their joblogs, and find out what's up with it?

Do they expect developers to be able to read their systems' minds?
