This isn't one of those situations where it wants to install and perform
all updates from where it was originally installed from??

Good point, I don't have many desktops using the software. Are all your
pc's setup the same based on the service tab setups. Has it ever worked??

Rob, is it supposed to automatically connect you to download the needed
files or is it wanting them to be downloaded all ready. I never go this
route when I update, I just download the files from:
