Kurt,

I think we are at the bottom of the problem. You would received instructions on how to activate the second core from IBM. There is a procedure you have to do to make the FSP aware of the fact that it should allow the second processor to activate. Until that is done, you have a single core system. Contact IBM hardware support and your business partner and give them the opportunity to correct the situation. Have the proof of entitlements etc that you would have gotten from IBM available when you call. Getting that code is not a simple deal so give it a couple of days to get done.

Best I could figure out is that I saw on the system that we had licenses for 2 cores. I don't know if I stated earlier, but the box was shipped with one active core, and we recently purchased the license for a 2nd core.
