PTF application often gets blamed for all sorts of stuff.
Guy loads PTF's on AS/400 for next IPL. Powers it off, unplugs it and
replaces power supply, etc. Monday morning, machine is not working. He
finally remembers to put plug in. Gets called on the carpet. Blames it
on new ptf's. Mgt says never to do that again.
Ok, that was taken to the extreme, but shows how quickly some people get
ptf shy.
