I was going to suggest the Alt+Spacebar trick but when I tried it myself, I
couldn't get the window to stay "off of the screen". When I hit any key,
moved the mouse, etc. the window slid down to show the titlebar at the top
of the screen. Is there another piece of this trick that I am not aware of?

Justin,
Press Alt+Space bar to bring up the system menu then press M
to move. You should get a cross hair cursor then use arrow keys to move.
Or if you don't need to change settings out of view press
Alt+O to select the Ok button.
