No joy.   It must be similar to what Jay said that the IBM id might be 
the source of the issue (I have had it for decades....) So, if I can 
figure out *where* to send an email to get the issue ID'd, I might get 
it fixed.   BTW tried Edge (which I never use), Chrome (cleared anything 
locally stored) and Firefox (ditto) . Tried Incognito mode, which would 
eliminate a cookie/cache/storage problem. Nothing.

I'll keep trying but I think that there must be something tied to the ID 
causing the issue.  No problem with ESS or Fix Central for a change.....
