Also, srhelp@xxxxxxxxxx is valuable to keep handy too.

For anything like a software key issue on ESS, this works (it has previously anyway)

So, I used the chat (Watson!) and got nowhere but the bot did suggest sending an email to? mysphelp@xxxxxxxxxx That did create a "case" for the issue so I'll see what they have to say.
