$ lsnports

fcs1 U78D2.001.WZS01HD-P1-C6-T2 1 64 64 3088 3083

However on lpar VIOS22 I only see one port:
$ lsnports
name physloc fabric tports aports swwpns awwpns
fcs0 U78D2.001.WZS01HD-P1-C5-T1 1 64 59 3088 3058

Assuming T2 port is connected to a switch, you may want to check NPIV enablement on that switch port.
