RE: VIOS fiber channel: Why only one port showing on lsnports?

check the attributes for the fibre adapter on both vios servers
Are they both switch connected with dynamic tracking and fast fail on?

Assuming T2 port is connected to a switch, you may want to check NPIV
enablement on that switch port.
