Add an OVEPRTF and you do ot need to copy anymore. The output will be a
pdf in the ifs.

The print file in question was created long before my time so I do not
know why *IPDS was chosen over *AFPDS. I ended up re-creating the PRTF
as AFPDS and all is now well.
The existing CPYSPLF with WSCST(*PDF) transformed the file fine.
