Thanks for your help. Does this mean that I have to carry my diskette drive with me when I am away from the office? I was hoping to avoid that.


and can then copy HD --> HD or HD --> CD or CD --> HD, etc. We bought 6 identical laptops at one time. I set one of them up with everything (XP, Office, Client Access, Netscape, network settings, custom software, Norton, email, Adobe, on and on and on) and then Ghosted the other 5. The first laptop took me all day. The other 5 took 30-40 minutes apiece. Quite a time saver.

That soiunds good. How did you get everything from one laptop to the other ?




There are other solutions beside Ghost as well.
