Many thanks again.

Rob,

When I call up the URL below, the most recent service pack for each
release is linked to IBM's FTP site. So when I click on SF52313 under
V3R1M2 service packs,

As I said earlier, I not could see a list of V3R1M2 service packs (only V3R1M3 and V3R1M0) and searching on the page displayed by accessing your link found nothing for SF52313 when I tried again. The I noticed your mentioning of I.E.. As I use Netscape 7.1, I thought that I would try I.E., and, lo and behold, it appeared!!!

I do not intend to look at the HTML source code to find out what caused this anomoly - it is what you expect with Wintel.

You must have thought that I was blind or just stupid.

Now I will download the service pack and see what happens.

Best wishes

Rob

I am directed to the FTP site to download the
compressed exe file. This works using the most current version of
Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Thanks for this link, but I could only see V3.1.3 and V3.1.0 in the
list
of service packs. Do you know where I can find those for V3.1.2? How
do I find out what service packs are required for my installation of
3.1.2 (i.e what has already been installed?)

Perhaps I need a friendly UK based installation with the correct
service
packs! Anyone out there?

Thanks for your help

Rob
