Re: downgrade a notebook from Vista to XP

Speaking of which...I just bought a new Mac (2.4 Ghz, 2 GB, 20 inch
monitor), and will be running Parallels. I need to get a copy of XP.
Checking on newegg, I see this: Microsoft Windows XP Professional With
SP2C - OEM at $139.99, and this: Microsoft Windows XP Professional
with SP2 - Retail for $269.99. Doing the right thing, do I need to
spend the $269.99?
