You talk to North America support folks who know what they're talking about
and are not afraid to escalate an issue if needed. The only really
difficult problem I had (some 7 years ago) the supervisor who ended up
handling the call gave me his direct number, encouraged me to call if the
problem was not resolved, and called me back a week later to make sure I
was OK 'cos I hadn't called!
