Sort by name is already there in 8.5
Filter by name is already requested by RFE
Filter by type is what I think would make another good RFE

I would prefer to see Named indicators moved under fields.
However, It would be nice to have a Sort option that would allow us to
sort fields by name, or by Type and Name.

Ken's question about where in the Outline view to find named indicators
has stirred things up a bit.
We would like to know if there is a strong preference to move Named
indicators under the Fields heading so that all fields can be found in
one place and only predefined indicator usage being shown under the
Indicators heading.
On the other hand would anyone be upset about not finding the Named
indicators under the Indicators heading any more?
