I am fairly new to the Web world myself, and have learnt a few things along
the way:
CFGTCP option 12 - write down the HOSTNAME
CFGTCP option 10 - find the IP address of your iSeries. Write it down.

If either the host name or IP address is in your DNS, you should be able to
use http://host_name:2001. If not, you can add the host name and IP address
to your hosts file on your PC. If you don't know how to do that (it depends
on the version of Windows/*nix you're running) then you should be able to
use the IP address http:123.123.123.123:2001 instead of host_name. The key
is that you should be able to open up a command line and ping the iSeries
from your PC.

Finally, make sure that you are inside the firewall, or have your network
administrator open port 2001.
