I would check your job descriptions to make sure set for maximum logging
till problem solved.
CHGJOBD JOBD(QHTTPSVR/QZHBHTTP) LOG(4 00 *SECLVL) LOGCLPGM(*YES)  (at V4R5)
is profile  QTMHHTTP  disabled?
