So on the iSeries, you have definitely got the *ADMIN instance running?
Verify it with WRKACTJOB.  On my V5R1 system, I have:

If that's working, when you point your browser to
http://AS400.mik.co.id:2001 what happens?

We're presuming that you're using the original server, not Apache.  If so,
you can build a new instance: use WRKMBRPDM QATMHTTPC and option 3 to copy
one member to create another.  Then, WRKHTTPCFG and press F4 to prompt the
command.  Put in the name of the new member and you'll be able to create it.

Apache is a bit different.  To get to the Apache configuration, you'll use
WRKLNK '/' and navigate down through /www/yourservername/conf/httpd.conf.
You can edit that with option 2 on V5R1, or use the EDTF command on earlier
releases.
