Simply, Dreamweaver (especially the UltraDev product) is one of the best 
products I've ever used.  It has enormous
capability and a reasonably intuitive interface.  It's a bit pricey but my dad 
always used to say "You get what you pay
for."

Joe, did you decide *not* to use templates or did you just not use them?  I'm 
curious if you saw a downside.  We have
had a great deal of success utilizing templates across our web sites.

Nice job, BTW... I did cringe when I hit the links link... *At least* no cutesy 
"under construction" animated gifs....
