Dan, I wanted to use the templates, but I screwed up when I first tried
them.  It was reasonably easy for the short term to just copy from page to
page.  I assume that once I figure out templates I'll just replace
everything.  I can't think it will be that difficult.

I know, I know.  I had to decide whether I wanted an under construction page
or would have to go back in and modify the navbar on every page.  Since
manual effort means manual mistakes <grin>, I went with the under
construction.

As you said, though, no gifs.  Just "under construction".
