Thank you for sharing your test results.  Your data raises a couple
questions in my mind.

Was the elapsed CPU time for the green-screen program derived from the sum
of more than one job?

What is the "WEBFACING" server that runs in subsystem QEJBADV4?  Does the
browser connect directly to it?  That Job seemed to be responsible for about
95%
of the CPU time consumed.

Does the HTML stream passed through the HTTP Server, at all?.  The reason I
ask is because the HTTP Server BCH Job is typically responsible for about
35% of consumed CPU time pertaining to Web applications on my system.

But your numbers indicate a trivial amount of time used by the HTTP Server.
Is it simply bypassed?
