According to the extremely well-worn binding on my copy of "e-RPG" it was
definitely MCPress.

I would like to thank both Joe and Aaron for their classy handling of
unclassy, unnecessary, and unwarranted statements aimed at Brad's book.
Regardless of one's opinion of the material or its presentation the posting
that has led us here was rude and unprofessional at best (I'll just leave
out the 'at worst').

I and many others on this list have frequently watched from the sidelines as
the 'heavyweights' on this and other lists battle out their opinions and
differences.  I think we are all the better for it and I applaud the fact
that Joe, Brad, Jon Paris, Bob Cozzi, Hans Boldt, Barbara Morris, and too
many others to mention are willing to take their time and share with us mere
mortals.

In what other industry can the average Joe(l) communicate daily with a group
of experts as these?  For the privilege, do you think it is too much to ask
that we at least remain civil and professional?
