If the HLL's and data are on DATA, and the WAS is on WEB, wouldn't DATA 
take the interactive hit?

Because, couldn't you, in theory, run WAS on an NT server and have that 
host some webfaced applications of which the actual HLL resides on an 
iSeries?

RPG can use DDM files to access data on another
machine without any changes to the programs.

The only way for WebFacing to not use interactive is
on the newer iSeries machines introduced a couple of
months ago.  Any other existing machine will still use
interactive for WebFacing.
